I trust that you've all been working hard over the weekend to get your Consumer Behavior projects finished. You had a WEEK of in-class time with access to the computers, fliers/magazines, scissors, glue,etc. so they should all be done and handed in first thing on Tuesday.
I've marked your Ch.2 tests, but cannot hand them back until everyone has written it. If you were absent on Friday, please be prepared to write the test on Tuesday!
On Tuesday and Friday we will be having our weekly Current Events presentations, so if this is you, please ensure you are ready to present!
On Tuesday through Friday we will be starting Ch.3 which is a fairly short chapter, but one jam-packed with important information :) We will be learning about financing a new business through debt or equity financing, starting up a business, 3 different levels of government:
- Federal
- Provincial
- Municipal
...and we will be taking a more in-depth look at the different types of business ownership:
- Sole-proprietorship
- Partnership
- Cooperative
- Corporation (private, public, Crown, and municipal)
- Franchise
This is a fairly short chapter, so be prepared for another Chapter quiz, fairly soon! When exactly? Well that depends on you and the class progress so the date is T.B.A. (To Be Announced)!
