We are almost done Ch.9 on Marketing. As I explained in class, we will have our Ch.9 Test on Wednesday May 16th! Don't forget! Here is a breakdown of the coming week:

Tuesday
Start Ch.11 on Saving & Investing, the first of the Personal Finance Unit

Wednesday
Ch.9 Test- Marketing

Thursday & Friday
We will continue on with Ch.11 notes, which will focus on topics including:

• reasons why people save
• benefits of savings plans
• liquidity
• calculating interest (simple & compound)
• Rule of 72
• common types of savings plans
• types of investments

You WILL NEED A CALCULATOR for this entire unit so bring one everyday please!!!!
