Week of Jan.16-20th

Congratulations once again to my "Class of the Month"! :) I'm so very glad that you've finally gotten the recognition you deserve. Nominating you (for the 3rd time) finally paid off. It was my way of thanking you all for being such a great bunch of students and making this course so fun to teach! I'm hoping we can have our pizza party on Tuesday Jan.24th. That is our double-block and would be a fun way to celebrate the day after the final exam! :) I have a fun movie that deals with credit to show you so that will be the perfect way to end the course.

Before that though- this is the last full week of classes and we have a lot to cover in preparation for the final exam on Monday January 23rd (that's only one week away)! We still have the Ch.13 test on Tuesday January 17th as well as Ch.14 on Credit to study. The good news though is that I will give you all of the notes to save some time, and there will not be a separate chapter test. I will just put a few more questions on the final exam on credit instead.

This is what the week will look like:

Monday- Review Ch.13, Ch. Review textbook questions, Select & Rehearse Activity
             - Watch video on Credit

Tuesday- (first block)- Ch.13 Test on Banking
             - (second block)- our final Current Events presentation
             -Start Ch.14 notes on Credit

Wednesday-Thursday- Ch.14 notes on credit, online credit activities, start reviewing for
                    the final if time

Friday- Review folders with all previous exams
           -Final Exam study tips

Please be in class each day and be sure to bring your textbook!

See you in class!
